COLD PROCESSING SPECIAL BREAD FLOUR

In 2017 we implemented a line of blends and compound flours and we already produce more than 60 references of flour, always with the ability to customize to the client's manufacturing system.

The Cold Processing Special Bread Flour is a flour composed of wheat for obtaining the Portuguese traditional carcass, biju bread, “vianas”, etc. In addition to normal fermentation processes, this flour is prepared to support all production processes using cold technology.
