Food Safety Policy

FARINHAS FIRMOS, MOAGEM DE CEREAIS, LDA has as main objective to continuously improve its products and services, in order to satisfy the necessities of its customers and the applicable regulatory requirements.

Thus, the development, maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement of its Food Safety Management System, according to the ISO 22000:2018, aim to:

  1. Promote a Food Safety culture, supported by internal Food Safety policies that encourage employees to get involved and develop their skills, as well as raise their awareness of ethical behavior and good professional practices;
  2. Ensure the quality and food safety of the products produced and stored;
  3. Obtain customer satisfaction, trust, and preference, assuming the commitment to communicate the risks inherent to its activity;
