DAY 17/25 – WET DOUGH BREAD FLOUR
Today we highlight one of our specialty flours, the Wet Dough Bread Flour. It's a wheat and corn flour for industrial uses, with high water absorption capacity (usually up to 90%), rich in dietary fibres, just adding water, yeast and salt, it's enough to obtain the traditional water bread.
